TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

www.batteryletterlight.com is committed to providing customers with efficient and safe logistics services. The following shipping terms apply to domestic and international orders in Hungary. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping and processing time
We will process and ship within 3 working days after receiving the order (excluding weekends and holidays).
Personalized customized products or orders during peak promotions may take longer, and we will notify you in time by email.

2. Shipping place
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Budapest, Hungary.

3. Domestic delivery (Hungary)
Delivery time: 3 working days
Cooperating logistics companies: GLS Hungary, MPL (Magyar Posta), DPD
Fee: Calculated in real time on the order page

4. International transportation
We support sending goods to multiple countries and regions, including:
EU countries (such as Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, etc.)
UK, Switzerland, Norway
USA, Canada
Other regions, please contact customer service for confirmation
Estimated delivery time (excluding order processing time):
EU region: 8 working days
UK: 10 working days
USA/Canada: 14 working days
Other regions: 20 working days
International logistics partners:
DHL Express, FedEx, GLS International, Magyar Posta, DPD, UPS (depending on the country and package situation)

5. Logistics tracking
After all orders are shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number by email, and you can check the real-time transportation status on the carrier’s official website. Some destinations may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance time, please understand.

6. Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders Only)
All orders shipped from Hungary are EU exports.
There are no customs duties for deliveries within the EU.
Orders from non-EU countries (such as the UK, the US, Switzerland, etc.) may incur import taxes, duties or handling fees, which are borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for any fees levied by the destination country’s government.
Please consult your local customs for detailed import requirements before placing an order.

7. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Failed delivery, return or additional costs caused by wrong address will be borne by the customer.
If the logistics company fails to deliver multiple times, the package will be returned to the warehouse and re-delivery will incur additional costs.

8. Damage and Loss
All products are properly packaged by our quality inspection team before shipment. If the product you receive is obviously damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service within 24 hours after signing for it.
If the package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the logistics company and resend or refund you if necessary.

9. Export Compliance and Prohibited Countries
We comply with the import and export regulations of the European Union and Hungary. Orders will not be accepted from certain restricted countries/regions (such as sanctioned countries), please refer to the EU export policy for details. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to high-risk areas.
