1. 14-day unconditional return
Under EU and Hungarian law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason. Applicable to all products except customized products.
Return conditions are as follows:
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged;
It should be accompanied by complete accessories and invoice;
The customer must notify us of the intention to return the product by email within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-returnable products
The following products are not accepted for return or exchange:
Acrylic letter lights with customized content (such as specific names, fonts, colors)
Products that have been used or have damaged battery compartments
Damage caused by human factors (such as falling, water stains, etc.)
Products that are returned in a state that seriously affects secondary sales
3. How to apply for a return?
Contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the product:
Please indicate “Return Application + Order Number” in the email title
We will reply with the return address and instructions within 1 working day;
Pack the product properly and return it to the warehouse address we provide, and attach the order information;
The customer bears the return shipping cost (if the product is not a quality problem);
We will complete the refund within 14 working days after receiving the returned product and return it to your payment account.
4. Exchange Policy
If you find the following after receiving the product, we will replace it for you free of charge:
Wrong model, letter, color, etc.;
The product has functional problems (such as the light is not on, the battery compartment is abnormal);
The product is seriously damaged during transportation (please take photos to keep the packaging and appearance evidence).
Please contact us within 48 hours after signing for it, and we will arrange a replacement or reissue for you as soon as possible.
5. Refund Instructions
All refunds will be made after receiving the returned product and completing the inspection;
The refund amount is the amount of the product itself, excluding the original shipping fee and payment handling fee.
