1. What materials are acrylic letter lights made of?
Our letter lights use high-transparency acrylic sheets and energy-saving LED lamp beads. The appearance is simple and modern, and the brightness is soft, suitable for various indoor environments.
2. Is the light battery-powered? Do I need to plug it in?
Yes, all our letter lights are battery-powered (usually AA or AAA batteries), which do not need to be plugged in, making them easy to place and move. The product does not include batteries, please bring your own.
3. Can I customize the color or font?
Currently, we provide standard English letters (A-Z) and some symbols and numbers (0-9) in a variety of colors and sizes. For personalized customization, please contact us to learn about the feasibility.
4. Where is the shipping location?
We ship from our warehouse in Hungary (Budapest) to ensure fast delivery of local orders.
5. Do you support international shipping?
Yes, we offer international delivery services, including EU countries, UK, US, Canada and other regions. International shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and order weight.
6. How long does international delivery take?
The average international delivery time is as follows:
EU: 8 working days
UK: 10 working days
US/Canada: 14 working days
We use reliable logistics partners (such as DHL, GLS, Magyar Posta) and provide tracking numbers.

7. How long will my order be shipped?
We usually process your order and arrange shipment within 3 working days. Individual custom orders may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you by email.
8. What payment methods are supported?
We support the following payment methods:
Credit / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
PayPal
Apple Pay / Google Pay (some countries)
Cash on delivery (only in Hungary)
9. Do you provide invoices?
Yes, we will send an invoice (including VAT) by email for each order. If you need a company invoice, please fill in your tax number at checkout.
10. Can I return the product?
Of course you can. According to EU regulations, you can return the product within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason (except for customized products). The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
11. What if there is a problem with the light?
We provide a 6-month warranty service for our products. In case of non-artificial damage such as light failure, battery compartment problem, etc., please contact us and we will provide replacement or refund options.
